Josie is a performer and theatre maker from Manchester. Recently she’s been concentrating on writing for theatre, doing movement direction/coaching, and developing a new theatre company called Bluestocking.
Most recently she has been in Not Too Tame’s mini web series ‘Local Legends’, raising funds for people in the North West affected by Covid-19. Also, a short film ‘A Present for a Good Girl’ has been chosen for The Lift Off Film Festival 2020 and was a Kino Short Film finalist. Theatre credits include; UK Theatre award winning 'The Hobbit' (The Dukes, Lancaster), MTA award winning 'The Rise and Fall of Little Voice' (Kings Arms, Salford) & West End/International tours with 'The Gruffalo' & 'Room on the Broom' (Tall Stories). TV credits include; 'Grandpa in my Pocket' (Cbeebies) and 'Ha Ha Hairies' (Cartoon Network). She was also in ‘Lightning Under Their Skirts’, first touring show by
Storm in the North.
